The Importance of Recycling Currently, recycling is important for our world. Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into new materials and objects. It is important because recycling waste reduces the amount of harmful materials produced and reduces energy usage, therefore benefitting the environment. There are several point why should we recycle. The first is recycling helps protect the environment. Recycling reduces the need for extracting, refining and processing raw materials all of which create air and water pollution. So it means recycling also can reduces pollution.  Another reasons why should we recycle is recycling can saves energy. Using recycled materials in the manufacturing process uses considerably less energy than that required for producing new products from raw materials.  And the important one is  "One Person Can Make a Big difference".    Most people have already made up their minds that one person cannot make any difference in regard to recy

Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition when your body loses more fluid than you take in. Dehydration cause you a feeling thirsty, dizzy and tired also it can cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation. So why do i say dringking water is important for your body? This is how the water helps your body. Water helps your body to keep a normal temperature, affects energy levels and brain function, help prevent and treat headaches, help relieve constipation. Water also help you to i mproves blood oxygen circulation. Water carries helpful nutrients and oxygen to your entire body. Reaching your daily water intake will improve your circulation and have a positive impact on your overall health. Your body needs more water when you are in hot climates, more physically active, has a fever, having diarrhea or vomiting. Everyone should consume water from foods and bevera
